Please help me I need help finding the inequality and the interpretation. Either one is fine.

Let x be the number of games you play
If you play 1 game, then it costs $0.50 (50 cents)
So playing x of them costs x*0.50 = 0.50x dollars
This is for the first plan.

The second plan costs a flat rate of $15 no matter how many games you play.

The question is: when is the second plan cheaper? 
In other words, when is the first plan more expensive?

To answer this question, we set the first expression (0.50x) larger than the second expression (15) and solve for x
0.50x > 15
0.50x/0.50 > 15/0.50 ... divide both sides by 0.50 to isolate x
x > 30
